There is no hidden or additional fees other than the price listed on website. Please review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and this page before you decide to purchase a subscription. We do not provide refunds once a User has viewed at least one document as a premium User. If your account is a recurring payment subscription, and multiple payments have occurred, under no circumstances will we refund anything but the very last payment in case of a dispute by a User. Please do not initiate a credit card chargeback as we would be unable to issue a refund that process has began. Recurring Subscriptions: If you have canceled your recurring subscription on the day of renewal and have not viewed any documents, you may request a refund by contacting Customer Service at billing@

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can contact us for further help. Contact must be made within 3 business days of purchase date and will be subject to review.

Please Note: Refunds can never be provided more than 30 days after the initial purchase date regardless of your activity on the site.
