Refund Policy

Each and every subscription package requires an upfront and immediate charge to your credit card depending on the subscription term that you elect to purchase. We do not provide refunds once a User has viewed at least one document as a premium User. If your account is a recurring payment subscription, and multiple payments have occurred, under no circumstances will we refund anything but the very last payment in case of a dispute by a User. Recurring Subscriptions: If you have canceled your recurring subscription on the day of renewal and have not viewed any documents, you may request a refund by contacting Customer Service at [email protected]

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can contact us for further help. Contact must be made within 3 business days of purchase date and will be subject to review.

Please Note: Refunds can never be provided more than 30 days after the initial purchase date regardless of your activity on the site.
